Morning Friends!

Today is the first day the Briar Patch introduces you to some new friends. Meet Louie, our first guest to be featured on the Tattered Teddy Rescue website. This is where we showcase tattered, discarded teddy bears that have come here to rest. We found Louie alone and sad, tossed to the bottom of a long forgotten toy box. Children grow up and stop needing the company of fuzzy furry little friends, but Teddy's never change. They wait until the time is right then they appear, like magic again in the life of a child. Patched back together by loving hands, they are ready to show a tiny little heart how to  love. Nothing makes you feel better than something soft to hold. Louie, as you can see is still a little shy and insecure after being left behind for so long. He's waiting here at the bottom of the Christmas tree, waiting for a new forever home.
